The initiative to introduce smoking ban drivers while driving. This project will ban smoking drivers of any vehicle the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has made a group of parliamentarians: Lilia G., Z. Shkutiak and Vladimir Karpuk – representatives of the party bloc "Our Ukraine – People's Self-Defense."
In Parliament, the bill was registered on April 1 2011.
Often smoking driver causes an accident, resulting in fire, this is especially true in the summer time – said in a memorandum to the bill.
According to the authors of the law banning smoking in the UK smoking while driving is an offense and it provides a fine 5 thousand dollars
In vyscherozhlyanutyh innovations MPs want to approve legislation such term as "oral tobacco consumption" and to ban its sale.
Tobacco oral consumption. Under this concept refers to all products intended for oral use, except those products that are smoked or chewed, made wholly or partly of tobacco dust, small items, or in combination. This is especially true for products that are sold in pre-packed porous envelopes or in finished form.
The new bill also provides for mandatory indications on the box, pack, souvenir pack all tobacco products, and tobacco in commercials on the number of carbon monoxide in the smoke from a cigarette.
The memorandum explained that even small content of carbon monoxide that person inhales the air can cause dizziness and dull, and if its content is 0.3% or higher, it can cause death.
