Ukraine is going to learn from Russian experience and sell cars directly with numbers

Ukrainian MPs are going to allow registration just purchased car directly in showrooms. Plates will be issued on the spot purchases. This practice only recently started to operate in Russia.

Ukrainian Association of car importers, dealers (VAAID) with a similar proposal in an official letter addressed to the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Ukrainian Ministry of Interior, DDAI in Ukraine. Simplifying the procedures for registration of vehicles, registration of new customers and delivery room right in the showroom including changes would require legislation. According to the same rules already are registered vehicles in Russia.

In Federation rules that simplify the procedure of auto registration act of April 3 this year. Cars will now be sold directly from the plate. This has already been said deputy. Head of the Department of road safety at the Interior Ministry police colonel Oleg Borisov.

New rules legitimize a series of cases in which the vehicle is on display do not need to provide:

• obtain registration plates / registration document;
• obtaining a passport vehicle in case of loss, deterioration former documents;
• change credentials with replacement vehicle registration data unrelated;
• deregistration vehicle at his disposal, loss;
• termination of temporary registration to the owner at the end of the period of validity;
• if the vehicle was abandoned / removed new / former owner outside Russia.

In the near future, as Borisov, if moving to another area of the car owner can register it without prior deregistration. Now would be enough to register at the local car point to the new address, but with regard to the former machine will be removed automatically.
